Poor workmanship in govt housing not acceptable, says FT Minister

Shoddy finishing at PPAM Melinjau in Precinct 11, Putrajaya has angered unit owners.

PUTRAJAYA Corp (PjC) must ensure that developers and contractors of future development projects in the administrative city are properly supervised to prevent shoddy constructions works, says Federal Territories Minister Tan Sri Annuar Musa.

He said parties involved in construction must follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and must be carefully chosen to prevent another case of poor workmanship like with the Malaysia Civil Servant Housing Programme (PPAM) Meninjau in Precinct 11, Putrajaya.
