ALL has gone quiet at the transport hub of Jalan Pantai in Butterworth, Penang, despite Chinese New Year just around the corner.
A ticketing agent there said in his 40 years of operating next to the ferry terminal, Penang Sentral and the major train station, this year’s business was the worst due to the pandemic.
