THE Federation Territories Ministry, with collaboration with Putrajaya Corporation (PjC), will build a total of 12,253 units of affordable housing under the Residensi Prihatin initiative.
"The ministry introduced Residensi Prihatin to allow the B40 group to be able to own a comfortable home in safe surroundings," FT Minister Tan Sri Annuar Musa said on Monday (Feb 22).
