SUBANG Jaya City Council (MBSJ) carried out a joint operation with police during the first day of the lockdown to ensure businesses allowed to operate complied with standard operating procedure.
The operation saw 16 officers and enforcement personnel from MBSJ joining forces with 37 policemen from the Serdang district police headquarters.
