State sports council offers free online workout videos

Johor Sports Council (MSNJ) has launched an online workout video called Rise Up Lockdown Workout Guide to encourage all Malaysians to continue practising a healthy lifestyle during the lockdown.

MSNJ strength and conditioning coach Abdul Rahim Abdul Raof said the video featured a minute-long workout routine that can be done at home without the need to go out or use sports equipment.
