KUALA LUMPUR: There was minimal foot traffic at the flats area in Section 1, Wangsa Maju, as residents complied with the enhanced movement control order that began on Saturday (July 3).

A check by StarMetro at noon found that most residents stayed inside their unit, with only a number of e-hailing riders bustling about, delivering orders.
