AFTER being closed for the first time in about 50 years due to Covid-19 cases, the Apollo Market in Jalan Raja Uda has reopened.
Seberang Prai City Council (MBSP) councillor Tan Chee Teong said out of 209 stall operators at the market, only 91 resumed their business yesterday.
