Cloud of discontent: Fogging is carried out weekly in certain areas of Section 17, Petaling Jaya, upsetting residents who say the smoke enters their homes at inconvenient hours.

THE recent spate of dengue cases around Section 17 in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, has prompted the city council to carry out weekly fogging operations.

However, some residents are unhappy that fogging takes place at about 6am when they are asleep, and around 7pm when they are having dinner.
