PENANG, which has moved into Phase Three of the National Recovery Plan (NRP), aims to complete vaccination from Covid-19 for eligible adolescents aged 12 to 17 by Nov 2.

State health committee chairman Dr Norlela Ariffin said that was the target set during a recent Covid-19 Immunisation Task Force (CITF) meeting.
