AFTER the successful launch of its community recycling project, Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) is looking at expanding the programme to more People’s Housing Projects (PPR) and Public Housing (PA) in the capital city.
Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Shahidan Kassim said the 1Community, 1 Recycling (1C1R) programme received good response from residents, prompting DBKL to expand the programme to other communities as well as include a composting element.
