E-HAILING and taxi drivers as well as food delivery riders and drivers have welcomed the cash assistance announced in Johor’s 2022 budget to help ease their burden amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

E-hailing driver Aslam Aminuddin Kamarudin, 28, plans to use the money to cover his petrol and car maintenance expenses.
