PLANS are under way to redevelop the plot of land in Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah in Penang formerly occupied by Shih Chung School.

Penang Island City Council (MBPP) mayor Datuk Yew Tung Seang said the council’s heritage unit was in contact with the land- owner and discussions were at the technical review panel (TRP) stage.
