Selayang council gets creative in dealing with illegal dumping of rubbish

CCTV cameras in several parts of Selayang will catch people who dump rubbish illegally.

MPS reported various incidents where people were fined RM1,000 each for throwing rubbish in undesignated areas around Selayang, particularly domestic waste at bins meant for market traders.
