THE importance of periodic building inspections to ensure safety was highlighted during a briefing by Petaling Jaya City Council’s (MBPJ) Building Control Department recently.

The “Strengthening the Competency of Mandatory Periodic Inspections of Buildings” (MBCS) programme was targeted at building owners and professional consultants.
