Klang council privatises community sports hall

The Klang Municipal Council’s (MPK) privatisation of Dewan Sukan Klang in Taman Sri Andalas, has not gone down well with stakeholders.

It is learnt that the 2,298sq m sports hall at Lengkungan Sri Mersing 35 off Jalan Tun Abdul Razak has been leased to a private firm for RM3,500 per month, which would see the council earning RM42,000 annually.
