THE crowd is back at Chew Jetty in Weld Quay, Penang, to celebrate the birthday of Thnee Kong (Jade Emperor).
A festive mood filled the air as residents, living in wooden houses at the jetty, brought out prayer offerings and placed them on an altar measuring 10m long for the mass celebration on Feb 8.
