A HEARING-IMPAIRED couple and their three young children are now depending solely on the Welfare Department’s monthly aid of RM400 after the husband was diagnosed with cancer.
Zulkifli Ainul Mokhsein, who sold satay at a rented site in the Johor Baru city centre, said he was forced to end his small business after finding out that he had stage-four cancer in his lymphatic system.
