SKYWORLD Development Group wants to make your home buying journey a memorable one with the launch of its latest campaign You and I.
The campaign revolves around SkyWorld’s customer-centric culture of placing its customers first, and striving to provide the best service even before the customer makes his first purchase.
To this end, the city developer has put together initiatives to deliver the best customer experience – beginning with the home.
Following its belief to Do Things That Matter To The Customers, SkyWorld aims to only build property that maximises owner benefits.
“We craft homes with our purchasers in mind. Hence, we ensure all our products are built around our three brand pillars – sky living experience, value creation and innovation,” says SkyWorld Development Group chief executive officer Lee Chee Seng.
“We understand some may only be able to afford one house in their lifetime. As such, we are committed to deliver quality homes which can be passed down the generations.
“With that, SkyWorld pledged that all our projects would be certified to QLASSIC rating – a system and method used by the Construction Industry Development Board to assess and evaluate the quality of building workmanship based on Malaysian Construction Industry Standards,” he assures.
Lee believes that the only way for SkyWorld to build a strong relationship with its customers is to listen to them and understand their needs.
“We take comments positively as customer feedback is invaluable to us, as it helps to improve our products and services, which in return boosts the company’s performance,” he adds.
App-solutely easy
The developer has invested RM1mil in its SkyWorld Connects app to further enhance customer experience.
The innovative and user-friendly app was specially created for SkyWorld property owners that serves as a dedicated platform for effective and efficient communication between SkyWorld homebuyers and residents, management, and its security team.
The app features include key collection appointments, defects submission, facilities booking, advance visitor registration and useful contacts, among others.
Besides that, SkyWorld offers personalised handing over vacant possession (HOVP) to all purchasers with a tour of the facilities, car park bays and the units; going through the handover checklist; and teaching buyers how to submit defects reports via the SkyWorld Connects app.
SkyWorld has fully handed over five projects, and its HOVP team has achieved over 90% customer service satisfaction rating.
The Solution+ feature on the SkyWorld Connects app connects purchasers and residents with home solutions providers. They will have access to a wide range of moving-in necessities such as interior design and renovation, furniture, home appliances, telco services, movers and rental services all within one app.
SkyWorld has partnered with brands such as Samsung, Electrolux, Panasonic, Maju Home Concept and Buenos Kitchen among others, to ensure only the best for its homebuyers and residents, who get to enjoy great savings and special packages under its crowd deals feature.
The earlier soft launch of Solution+ targeted at SkyMerdien and SkyAwani3 purchasers received overwhelming response with RM2.8mil sales transacted within a week.
Better living
SkyWorld aims to continue to source high-value land pockets at established localities within the city so that its customers enjoy excellent connectivity, amenities and public transport in line with its purpose to “Make Living Better”.
Staying true to its brand promise that “You can now own a quality home and living”, SkyWorld ensures its product can be an asset that builds generational wealth.
The developer will continue to focus on high-rise residentials and explore commercial offerings as it believes in a wholesome living within a sustainable environment.
It is no wonder that the brand managed to hit over RM1bil in sales in 2021.
SkyWorld bagged seven big wins at the StarProperty Awards 2021, ranked top 20 in The Edge Property Excellence Awards 2021 and was named Best Employer in Malaysia 2021 by Kincentric, a human resource consultant firm.
Amidst of the Covid-19 pandemic, SkyWorld managed to complete on time its SkyMeridien Residences at Sentul East, KL, and is in the midst of handing over to its purchasers.
SkyVogue Residences at Taman Desa, also in KL, achieved a 95% take-up rate.Listening to customers
With the aim to design homes that are ideal for home buyers, the brand is in the market to understand market wants and needs.
Therefore, SkyWorld will be launching a co-creation platform that facilitates public engagement to understand the needs and requirements of homebuyers in its upcoming developments.
In the meantime, SkyWorld is gearing up for four new launches in ideal locations such as Setapak, Setiawangsa, Cheras and Taman Melawati in Kuala Lumpur.
