PRELIMINARY works have started on the Sungai Melayu Master Plan 2022-2032 which will turn the traditional village into an international eco-tourism product.

Kota Iskandar assemblyman Pandak Ahmad said Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP) and Koperasi Kampung Sungai Melayu had started to identify places that need upgrading.
