PARTS of four neighbourhood parks in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, have been dug up in recent weeks with residents in the dark over the purpose behind it.
Residents in Section 5, SS1, SS3 and SS7 however, suspected that telecommunication towers may be placed at the sites.
