THE death of a cyclist in an accident on Jalan Simpang Pulai-Cameron Highlands last month has once again brought the issue of cyclists’ safety to focus.

Cycling enthusiasts interviewed by StarMetro said fitness and experience were key to tackling this hilly road, especially one that was used by heavy vehicles.
