‘Food court at pavilion should be for all races’


A FOOD court for all races is better than one that is just for a single ethnic group, says Sibu Municipal Council chairman Clarence Ting (pic) at a council full board meeting.

Ting was responding to Sarawak Dayak National Union Sibu chairman Chambai Lindong who wanted to turn the Permai Lake Garden pavilion, the site of the Sibu Gawai Bazaar, into a Dayak food court.
