Car-free day kicks Klang’s Little India into high gear

RESTAURANTS, textile shops and other outlets in Little India saw a higher footfall, thanks to the spillover effect from Klang Car-Free Day.

Jalan Stesen and Jalan Istana in Klang, Selangor, were closed to traffic from 7am to 9.30am yesterday and many took the opportunity to walk, cycle and even skateboard on these roads.
