A TOTAL of 21,051 assessment tax defaulters have been issued with warrants of attachment by the Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) which allows it to seize their movable assets.
Its president Mohd Yazid Sairi said the warrants were sent to defaulters with arrears of RM200 and above starting April 8.
