More schools urged to set up special education programmes

CHILDREN with special needs should be sent to schools with special education programmes so that they can learn effectively, says a community service director.

Fong Seow Kai Chuan, who is with the Teluk Intan Rotary Club, said children with special needs should not be kept at home but should be sent to school so they get the opportunity to learn.
