Upgraded roads finally a reality for Kepong neighbourhood

A NUMBER of roads near Fadasons Villa in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, have finally been upgraded for the first time since the neighbourhood was built 19 years ago.

Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) started the road project at the end of October.

Kepong Community Service Centre head Yee Poh Ping said DBKL, however, only repaired the road near the guard house and Jalan 5/17 in phase one of Fadasons Villa.

“Jalan 6/17, 7/17, 8/17, 9/17, 10/17 and 11/17 in phase two need to be upgraded.

DBKL repainted road markings, fixed speed bumps and filled the streets with new asphalt.
