24 Klang councillors to make Klang a city over the next 12 months

KLANG: ALL 24 councillors of the Klang Municipal Council (MPK) must be proactive, offer fresh ideas, and collaborate so that the municipality can attain city status, said MPK president Noraini Roslan.

Noraini, who presided over the swearing-in ceremony on Wednesday (Jan 4) that witnessed a mix of new faces and incumbents said local councillors have the potential to make a difference based on their expertise, where each one must work together with the council towards a common aim of successfully turning MPK into Klang City Council (MBK).
