New, improved fuel aims to increase savings

The launch of Shell FuelSave 95 marks a significant milestone for Shell Malaysia.

EVER wondered how much further you can go with the right fuel in your tank?

Shell Malaysia has unveiled its new and improved Shell FuelSave 95, which lasts up to 15km longer per tank.

What is 15km? It is the length of the first Penang Bridge.

It’s also equivalent to crossing the Johor Causeway to Singapore 14 times.

Shell is one of the world’s biggest fuel retailers, with more than 45,000 service stations globally, visited by an estimated 30 million customers each day.

“Shell continuously strives to innovate and enhance our offerings,” said Shell Malaysia general manager (mobility) Seow Lee Ming.

“Shell FuelSave 95 now lasts up to 15km longer per tank so our customers can enjoy longer uninterrupted drives.

“It is a great privilege for my team and I to be able to serve our communities every day at over 1,000 service stations nationwide,” added Seow.

Over five years of extensive research and tests by 150 fuel scientists have resulted in the introduction of this new generation of maingrade fuel.

In conjunction with the unveiling, Shell launched the “Shell FuelSave 95 Challenge 2023”, a search for a Malaysian who clocks the best fuel economy with the new Shell FuelSave 95 who will walk away with RM20,000.

Starting March 1 to April 30, together with Visa and BonusLink, 150 Malaysians will stand to win 15 months of free fuel when they pump RM50 of the new Shell FuelSave 95.
