How to report potholes

A pothole at the edge of a drain cover along Jalan 17/21 near the intersection towards the Sprint Highway in Petaling Jaya.

RESIDENTS in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur can lodge pothole complaints by contacting local councils through their customer service hotlines, council websites, the respective councils’ mobile applications or the Respons Rakyat app.

Using these methods, the public can state the pothole locations and attach photos.

The mobile apps are available for both iOS and Android devices.
