First phase of superlink homes in Shah Alam fully taken up


Elmina Green Seven homes are part of the City of Elmina’s Signature Series in Shah Alam.

ALL 56 units were snapped up at the unveiling of the first phase of Elmina Green Seven by Sime Darby Property Bhd.

The units with prices starting from RM1,032,888 are the newest addition to the City of Elmina’s Signature Series in Shah Alam, Selangor.

They are designed to accommodate multiple generations under one roof without compromising on comfort.

The freehold superlink residences in the Elmina Green precinct have a spacious lot size of 24’x80’ and a 3.65m backyard garden.

Type 4 offers maximum practicality with a floor plan of 2,477sq ft offering 4+1 bedrooms and five en suite bathrooms.

The houses also come with City of Elmina’s signature Fittings Plus+ features, which include an outdoor water filter, water booster pump, instant water heater, air-conditioning power point and piping for selected rooms as well as metal security grilles.
