REAL estate agency First Global Group is looking to undergo a mindset shift across the company with the aim of being the top real estate team in Malaysia.

This plan was unveiled during the company’s sixth anniversary celebration last Friday, themed Futuristic – First Global Award Night 2023, which brought together the company’s elites to commemorate the achievements of the past year and honour its exceptional performers.

With a focus on attracting driven, ambitious young individuals who are not afraid of embracing challenges, the company plans to provide a comprehensive seven-day professional training programme encompassing essential skills such as sales call techniques, appointment making, project management and rapport building.

In her welcome speech, founder Sophia Chong underscored the company’s aspiration to cultivate a unique and extraordinary team in the country.

“We want to become a unique team in Malaysia by doing something different and exciting.

The importance of teamwork and camaraderie was further highlighted as the company presented 118 awards to its real estate agents, leaders and sales teams for outstanding contributions and performance.

Adding a touch of excitement, the gala featured a lucky draw whereby more than 50 luxury items, including branded bags, gadgets and cash, were won by the guests.Since its establishment in 2016, First Global Group has consistently adhered to its principle to keep up with the ever-evolving real estate landscape.

The company has garnered a reputation for delivering comprehensive one-stop real estate agency services – assisting its clients in their search for residential and commercial properties while helping them turn their dreams of home ownership into reality.

Chong, who hails from Sabah, came to Kuala Lumpur at the age of 17. After obtaining a double degree in Business Management and Corporate Finance, she followed in her father’s footsteps and joined a real estate company before founding First Global Group a few years later.

Under her leadership, the company experienced robust growth, expanding from 500 individuals to over 1,000 real estate negotiators within three years, while also becoming one of the most renowned companies in the industry.

With the company’s strong culture following the tagline “One Team. One Dream. One Spirit”, Chong continuously motivates the team to be high performers in the real estate industry.

Expressing her gratitude to the entire team for their hard work and dedication in the past year, Chong reminded them that the awards night would not have happened without them.
