Upcoming SoHo project in KL already 60% sold

Societe in Desa Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur, is poised to be the tallest building in the vicinity.

DESA Sri Hartamas is about to have a new landmark added to the much sought-after location in Kuala Lumpur.

The Societe SoHo project has been launched by SCP Property under the SCP Group.

The development is a 33-storey building consisting of 280 SoHo units and 20 duplex SoHo units with sizes ranging from 499sq ft to 1,595sq ft.

SCP Property group general manager Chuah Jin Teik said Societe would be the tallest building in the vicinity and the only freehold project to adopt the “build-then-sell” concept, offering fully furnished units.

“Societe is also SCP’s maiden project that adopts this concept,” he said.

“This concept has received enthusiastic response from the market, with more than 60% of the units sold shortly after the project’s launch.

“We anticipate the project will be completely sold out by the end of this year,” said Chuah.
