High-protein chicken floss available for breakfast

The Foodie Hub’s chicken floss comes in six flavours.

Recognising the essential role of a nourishing high-protein breakfast, the Foodie Hub, a local food manufacturer, has introduced a diverse range of chicken floss.

Chief executive officer Albert Goh said, “We believe that a satisfying breakfast sets the tone for the day.

“There are numerous sources of quality protein and we feel our chicken floss that has been perfected over generations is one of the best and easiest ways of getting your protein fix.”

He added that high-protein breakfasts give people a boost of energy and sense of well-being throughout the day while also managing hunger which is good for diabetics.

“While chicken floss adds a delightful touch to breakfast, it’s crucial to emphasise the key nutrient it provides, which is protein.

“Chicken floss is hassle-free to prepare.

“You can enjoy it in various ways, such as spreading it on bread, adding it to pastries or pastas, or even mixing it into your porridge,” said Goh.

The company’s chicken floss comes in six flavours.

They are Hot Chicken Floss, Sweet Chicken Floss, Korean Gojuchang, Salted Egg, Seaweed Sesame and Crispy Chicken Floss.

The Foodie Hub is a family- owned business, dating back to its establishment in 1969 by Goh’s grandfather in Muar, Johor.

The company also has an extensive range of other products, from beef floss to sambal chilli paste and curry paste.

As part of its Merdeka sale, customers can enjoy a ‘Buy 3, Get 1 Free’ offer for RM50.

Under this promotion, customers who purchase any chicken floss flavour will receive complimentary sweet chicken floss.
