Flood waters recede in Shah Alam


FLASH floods in Seksyen 13 in Shah Alam have receded and all roads are accessible.

A Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) spokesperson said that the council had responded to calls in the late afternoon on Wednesday (Aug 16) following the heavy downpour.

"The rain has stopped and the situation is back to normal now as all roads are accessible."

She added that the MBSA rapid response team was still monitoring the area around Persiaran Sukan at various locations.

Kota Anggerik assemblyman Najwan Halimi did not immediately respond to requests for comments.
