There are four unit types – ranging from 988sqft to 1,240sqft – all with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each unit comes with two parking bays.
JRK Senesta is equipped with shared facilities such as swimming and wading pools, children’s playground, and multipurpose hall. Other amenities include kindergarten room, indoor and outdoor gym, as well as a badminton and sepak takraw courts.

According to Kwan, JRK Senesta with a GDV of RM36mil saw a 100% take up rate.
“We expect to hand over the keys to the units within the fourth quarter of this year,” he said at the recent lucky draw event at the completed project site which the company organised for the homeowners.
At the event, mechanical engineering lecturer Adli Bahari, 48, won the brand new Perodua Bezza grand prize in a lucky draw that featured prizes worth up to RM100,000.
Three winners went home with RM15,000, RM10,000 and RM5,000 cash prizes.
Thirty other winners drew home appliances such as TV and air purifier, as well as mobile devices such as smartphone and tablet.
The event also featured fun programmes for children such as a colouring activity, handicraft, clown performance, cactus planting, caricature drawing and more. Attendees were treated to breakfast and lunch.
