ALLIANZ Malaysia has amped up its product line under its Rahmah Insurance Initiative.

This brings its affordable offerings to five products including PerlindunganKu, Allianz4All and Allianz Motorcycle Plus.

The new offerings are Private Car Rahmah Package, for both Comprehensive and TPFT (Third Party, Fire and Theft) cover, and life insurance product, Allianz Kasih4All.

The Private Car Rahmah Package features special Rahmah benefits which include personal accident relief of RM5,000 in the event of death or disability, hospital allowance of RM50 per day for 60 days as a result of hospitalisation from an accident, and one-time flood relief benefit of RM3,000.

Allianz Malaysia chief operating officer Sean Wang said the company went one step further with the Rahmah package by addressing threats like floods facing the under-insured Malaysian segment.

“In reality, flooding happens more frequently and more violently in rural areas, often devastating many things, including cars,” he said, adding that the flood relief benefits provided temporary relief for policyholders.

The package is also automatically offered to Allianz Private Car Third Party, Fire and Theft (TPFT) policyholders as well as Private Car Comprehensive customers with 1,500 CC and below, and an insured sum of RM30,000 and below.

Wang said Private Car Rahmah was a combination of its best-in-class insurance solutions with broader safety nets for policyholders.

“Nobody wishes for an accident or breakdown, but if it happens, your worries should stop there.

“Our comprehensive policyholders can rely on the trusted Allianz Road Rangers to take over, whether it be on-the-spot fixes or towing your car to a reliable workshop.

“That professional, hassle-free way is the real Allianz experience,” Wang added.

Allianz Malaysia also became the first insurer to offer a Rahmah life insurance policy through its other new product, Allianz Kasih4All, an annual renewable, non-participating term plan with coverage up to the age of 71.

The product comes with hassle-free enrolment, with no health questions asked or medical examinations required.

Allianz Kasih4All comes in two available plans, with premium rates for Plans 1 and 2 starting at RM35 and RM55 for those aged between 16 and 40.

“We believe every Malaysian, regardless of their income level, deserves to lead a dignified life and have the assurance that they will leave a legacy for their loved ones.

“We try to make it easier for individuals to secure life insurance and hope we have done so with these products,” said Wang.
