Take your taste buds on an exotic journey to Turkiye.

Until Sunday, guests of Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur, have the opportunity to savour the rich and diverse flavours of Turkiye at Mosaic.

Delivering these Turkish dishes are guest chefs from Mandarin Oriental in Bodrum.

Renowned for its vibrant and diverse culinary traditions, Turkiye cuisine is the byword for aromatic spices, succulent meats and delicious desserts.

During the promotion, the guest chefs will showcase their mastery of the cuisine through a menu that combines tradition and innovation.

“This collaboration was conceptualised to celebrate the rich culinary heritage of Turkiye,” said Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur food and beverage assistant director Jaime Wolynski.

“We are delighted to host talented guest chefs from Bodrum who will bring their expertise and passion to our kitchen.”

The menu includes dishes such as Kuzu Tandir (tender, slow-cooked lamb with aromatic spices), Hunkar Begendi (creamy eggplant puree topped with slow-cooked beef), an assortment of baklava (golden layers of flaky pastry filled with sweet nuts and drenched in a sticky honey syrup), traditional kebab and a selection of pide (oval flatbread).

The Turkish promotion at Mosaic is priced at RM208 for lunch and RM258 for dinner.

While enjoying their meal, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy traditional music and decor that will transport them to the vibrant streets of Turkiye.
