A NEW 412m flyover linking Persiaran You City in Taman Suntex, Cheras to Grand Saga Expressway is officially open.

The flyover allows residents of You City III, a mixed development project, to have direct access to the highway that leads to Kuala Lumpur and avoid several traffic light intersections.

OSK Property and Kajang Municipal Council (MPKj) launched the completed flyover on Persiaran You City.

MPKj acting president Mohd Fareez Mohd Ariss @ Mohd Hatta said the new flyover would benefit several nearby neighbourhoods.

Previously, most residents had to access Grand Saga Expressway through Jalan Medan Masria located on the border of Taman Cuepacs.

Also present at the launch was Dusun Tua assemblyman Datuk Johan Abd Aziz.

OSK Property had previously collaborated with MPKj to deliver the new wet market and community hall in Taman Suntex in 2017.

These facilities are located next to the flyover.

“This new flyover is just a step in our journey towards a brighter future.

“It is a symbol of what we can achieve when we work together, when we have a shared vision, and when we believe in the potential of our community.

“I hope that we all continue to make positive changes in our communities,” said OSK Property chief executive officer Ong Ghee Bin.
