NON-governmental organisation Adab Youth Garage and the Iskandar Regional Develop-ment Authority (Irda) have teamed up to create a space for children to study and play in Johor Baru.

Adab Youth Garage branch operation director Muhammad Iqbal Mohd Tajuddin said Irda set up the Anjung Ilmu centre at the Larkin Flats.
