SHOPPERS are making a beeline for The Exchange TRX in Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur, which opened its doors on Nov 29.

This retail component of the Tun Razak Exchange development has 400 stores spanning 120,773sqm of net lettable area.

It is the first retailer in Malaysia to achieve the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (Leed) gold certification, a rating system for green buildings.

The Exchange TRX also has a park on its rooftop where visitors can take a break from shopping.

The TRX City Park features over 150,000 plants with 95% comprising native or naturalised species.

It is set to become a scenic spot to host festivals, concerts, movie premieres and international exhibitions.

Shoppers seeking food and beverages can find local and international cuisine options across five dining precincts.

They are Food Exchange, Concourse Dining, Park Dining, Premium Dining and Dining Terrace, offering options ranging from traditional hawker settings to fine dining.

Those visiting The Exchange TRX during this festive period can also admire its 18.3m-tall Christmas tree.
