City developer recognised for innovative Setapak project

CITY developer SkyWorld Development Bhd won an award for its SkyAwani 3 Residences in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, at the Malaysia Outstanding Sustainable Development Awards 2023.

SkyWorld Development Bhd chief executive officer Lee Chee Seng said the Innovative Design Award it received was testament to the firm’s commitment to creativity and quality throughout all of its developments.

SkyAwani 3 Residences is part of the government’s affordable housing initiatives for the urban population.

The project comprises 1,905 units across three 52-storey towers.

Each 800sq ft unit is priced at RM300,000 and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

SkyAwani 3 Residences was also bestowed the title of “Highest Residential SkyBridge in Malaysia” by Malaysia Book of Records.

This 170.55m SkyBridge on level 52 connects all three towers and offers unobstructed views of the Kuala Lumpur city skyline.

Residents of the scheme can enjoy 22 recreational facilities including a swimming pool with bubble jet whirlpool, game rooms, jogging track, basketball court and gymnasium.
