HUAWEI Consumer Business Group Malaysia officially launched its Huawei Experience Store in the heart of Kuala Lumpur’s lifestyle hub, The Exchange TRX.
The launch marked a milestone in Huawei’s commitment to integrating technology and lifestyle.
Huawei is a maker of smartphones, PCs, tablets, wearables, mobile broadband devices and family devices, as well as device cloud services.
Huawei Device Malaysia country director Victor Xu said, “Huawei has been blooming and now we proudly unveil our new flagship Huawei Experience Store at The Exchange TRX.
“It’s a momentous occasion for us, and we extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the loyal supporters of Huawei.
“Our vision is to transform into a lifestyle image, catering to tech enthusiasts seeking high-quality yet affordable tech products,” he said.The new flagship experience store presents a first-of-its-kind design from China that invites customers to explore products in a spacious and cosy atmosphere.
It also hosts educational experiences to enhance customers’ understanding of Huawei’s products.
Interactive weekly classes and workshops will take place in the Discover Huawei area, covering a range of topics from smartphones and tablets to laptops and wearable devices.
A pioneering feature of the new experience store is the VIP Room for customers who call in advance for product purchasing or previews.
Customers who buy the Huawei Watch Ultimate Design and Huawei Mate X3 can enjoy an exclusive unboxing experience in the VIP Room.
In celebration of the grand opening, Huawei is currently offering exclusive deals on a wide range of Huawei products.
Customers also stand a chance to redeem premium gifts worth up to RM100,000 with a minimum in-store spend of RM399, an exclusive deal that ends today.
Besides that, one can also buy the Huawei FreeBuds SE at only RM12 until Jan 1, 2024.
The Huawei Experience Store is located on the Concourse Floor (Lot C.64.0) and is open daily.
