Over at Dorsett Grand Subang, the Cita Rasa Ramadan will be available from March 13 to April 9. In collaboration with celebrity chef, Datuk Chef Ismail, Dorsett Hartamas proudly presents Sinaran Dorsett, a showcase of the finest specialities by Datuk Chef Ismail such as two of his renowned dishes; Ayam Golek Istana and Daging Salai Masak Lemak Cili Api as well as a dazzling array of sumptuous local favourites by resident Chef Ahmad and his team.
