DORSETT Kuala Lumpur’s Ramadan spread features the theme “Sajian Rasa Nusantara”.

It includes Kambing Golek, Fish Head Curry as well as lemang and ketupat with traditional accompaniments such as Siput Sedut Masak Lemak and signature Daging Salai Masak Lemak Cili.

The buffet dinner is available now until April 5, from 6.30pm to 10pm.

Dorsett Hartamas Kuala Lumpur is collaborating with celebrity chef Datuk Ismail Ahmad to present a buffet themed “Sinaran Dorsett”.

It offers a showcase of Ismail’s specialities such as Ayam Golek Istana and Daging Salai Masak Lemak Cili Api, as well as an array of local favourites.

Ismail will be making a special appearance on April 6 at 7pm.
