Elegant yet laid-back, this restaurant serves Indian cuisine as well as delectable cocktails.

Classic Kerala dishes here exude innovative, bold flavours that please the palate and complement the cleverly curated cocktails.

One of the signature cocktails is the Panipuri Margarita.

Take the delicate but robust-flavoured panipuri clipped daintily to the salted glass rim, dip it in the hooch, eat the sphere and down a healthy slurp of the drink.

It has a complex flavour with the panipuri adding texture, creaminess and crunch.

Dishes at Gin Rik Sha are curated to complement and enhance the cocktail flavours.

For example, Elderflower Gin Fizz can be paired with Lamb Arancini and Bang Bang Prawns, while RoseSecco goes with Vegetable Manchurian Balls and Chicken Lollipops.

Lavender Sour can be paired with Spicy Tuna and Mango Chicken Papadoms, balancing out the strong, fruity flavours of tuna and chicken.

The All-Rounder’s Delight cocktail is an interesting blend of tequila, house-made pandan and gula melaka syrup and a mix of citrus and vanilla extract, all artfully topped with kombucha.

Big Six Blend uses vodka, maraschino cherry liqueur, house-made berry liqueur, coffee-and-nut liqueur, and calamansi juice, garnished with powdered sugar and lime leaves.

Patrons can choose from a wide range of draught beers and spirits – the bar’s selection of gin and whiskey caters to a variety of palates.

The food and snack menu offers a fusion of classic English pub fare and exotic Sri Lankan-inspired cuisine, peppered with cricketing references that add a touch of whimsy.

One can order Sachin’s Garlic Prawns, a dish paying tribute to cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar.

For a wholesome treat, the Pulled Beef Poutine is served with cheese and gravy, and crowned with runny fried egg.
