DEVELOPER Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd hosted a preview of its Resort Villa project for the media and potential buyers, giving guests a sneak peek at the crown jewel in its Bandar Sri Sendayan development near Seremban, Negri Sembilan.
Limited to 34 luxurious villas in landscaped grounds, the 6.47ha freehold development boasts spacious layouts, premium finishes and an address at the heart of the satellite township.
Matrix Concepts Group chief executive officer Chai Keng Wai said the exclusive project with an estimated gross development value of RM135.9mil comprised double-storey villas that blended elegance, comfort and luxury in a serene setting.
“The villas have eco-friendly features like solar water heaters and rainwater harvesting systems.
“We’re not just building homes, we’re building a sustainable future and showcasing the unparalleled luxury and lifestyle it offers,” he said.
The project was launched in two phases, with Phase 1 comprising 14 units selling out within several months of its unveiling in April last year.
Launched this April, Phase 2 of the development entails an additional 20 units scheduled for completion by mid-2026.
With built-up areas ranging from 6,839sq ft to 7,749sq ft, the resort-style homes feature three layout types to suit different preferences.
The development also features advanced security measures including automatic number plate recognition system at the entrance, round-the-clock security patrols and home alarm system complete with panic buttons as well as magnetic and vibration sensors.
“When it comes to security, we leave no stone unturned.
“From premium security features to cutting-edge smart home systems, your peace of mind is our utmost priority,” Chai said.
The new luxury villas retail between RM3.58mil and RM3.8mil for intermediate units.
Situated centrally within the township, Resort Villa has schools, recreational facilities and commercial hubs at its doorstep.
These include Matrix Global Schools, d’Tempat Country Club, X-Park Sendayan and Sendayan Merchant Square.
During the event that doubled as a Media Night, Chai expressed his appreciation for the media which he said had ensured the developer upheld its role in the community.
“We are delighted to recognise the media for its work which is instrumental in building trust and shaping the success of Matrix Concepts within our community,” he said, hoping to work with the media to produce creative works for the community.
Guests were also given a tour of a Resort Villa show unit.
The event continued into the night with music performed by a three-piece band, and food and drinks catered by award-winning Japanese restaurant Kampachi.
