Gamuda Gardens, the thriving 327.7ha township development nestled just north of Sungai Buloh, Selangor will welcome a dynamic array of retail partners to its latest commercial development, Gardens Square, set to be completed by year-end.

The new diverse mix of tenants include a prominent grocer, F&B establishments and essential services, catering to the varied needs and preferences of the community.

“We are thrilled to unveil the exciting lineup of retail partners who will soon call Gamuda Gardens home,” said Gamuda Gardens general manager Andrew Tan.

“As we continue to grow and evolve, our focus remains on creating an inclusive environment where residents can live, work and play seamlessly.

“These new additions to our commercial landscape underscore our commitment to delivering unparalleled convenience and enriching experiences for all,” added Andrew.

Among the partners set to join Gamuda Gardens were ZUS Coffee, Tealive, ChaTraMue, Long John Silver’s, Bask Bear, 7 Café, Shae.co, Salad Atelier and Happy Potato as well as anchor tenant Star Grocer, each bringing unique offerings and expertise to the community.

Founded in 2016, Star Grocer had expanded to 10 outlets, making the store at Gamuda Gardens its 11th location.

Star Grocer managing director Fabian Tan said Gamuda Gardens was chosen for its vibrant and growing community, as well as its commitment to sustainability and green living.

“This partnership aligns both companies’ principles in creating spaces for the community while building a sustainable future for the planet.”

Also Rasa Riang by Asia Deli, Haruka Bakery and Artist Lab would be part of the lineup at the Waterfront Village, adding to the variety of shops and dining spots like Yilo Restaurant and Bar, Freshii Grocer and Nine Oasis Café and Restaurant.

Anchored by a 20.2ha pet-friendly central park, Gamuda Gardens has experienced remarkable growth since its launch in 2017.

Today, it boasts completed components including a fully tenanted park fronting Waterfront Village and family-friendly Gamuda Luge Gardens.

Gamuda Gardens has unveiled four residential phases – Village Homes, GAIA Residences, Joya and Jovita.

Building on this momentum, the next milestone includes the handover of Illaria Hillside Homes, comprising double-storey terrace residences, slated for completion by July.

On the commercial front, the fully sold GAIA Boulevard, recently launched Village Square and the forthcoming Atrium Shops.

Andrew said there was also the new 12.9ha Gardens Park township that was an extension of Gamuda Gardens.

“Both townships will be connected via a 1km Park Connector, and Gardens Park will also have a new road that connects it to Rawang town at the north.”

Gamuda Gardens and Gardens Park would see an estimated combined population of 45,000 when both townships are completed in 2034.
