A DEVELOPMENT in Kota Kemuning township in Klang, Selangor has bumped up its retail offerings with new tenants.

The addition to twentyfive7 reinforced the vision of a seamless environment where residents could navigate from home to park, mall, dining, education and commercial hubs, said general manager Suzan Ong.

“We are immensely proud of the strides twentyfive7 has taken since its inception in 2017.”

She added that despite challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, Quayside Mall had flourished with near-full tenancy and served 600,000 visitors each month.

“Key tenants such as Jaya Grocer, Harvey Norman, MBO Cinemas, Rong Cuisine and MR DIY have become integral parts of the mall’s vibrant ecosystem,” she added.

New tenants to the mall include Jungle Gym, Mini Studio, Cross Kitchen, Red Spice and Toyota’s 3S Service Centre.

“The introduction of Toyota’s 3S Service Centre in a mall underscores Toyota’s confidence in the limitless potential of twentyfive7.

“They recognise the opportunity to leverage our thriving foot traffic and the comprehensive ecosystem we have cultivated, providing convenience to customers who can enjoy the mall’s offerings while their cars are being serviced,” said Ong.

Adjacent to Quayside Mall stands Quayside Tower, the sole office tower in the vicinity, which is also nearing full occupancy with the recent addition of Good School.

Established in 2015, Good School is dedicated to empowering students through performance and language programmes, fostering confidence, critical thinking and academic excellence, according to director Yeoh Shu Wen.

As a Cambridge IGCSE centre, the outfit would be establishing The Good International School in September 2024, offering a comprehensive schooling programme, she said.

“Recognising the vitality and abundance of amenities within twentyfive7, particularly in the vicinity of Quayside Mall, we are certain that Quayside Tower is the ideal location for our new international school campus.

“Leveraging existing amenities at Quayside Mall, including the football field and Quay Hall as well as a newly built rooftop basketball court, our forthcoming campus will span over 50,000sq ft.

“It will enable us to offer affordable international education to the community and, at the same time, provide top-notch facilities such as a performance hall and robotics lab,” said Yeoh.

With brands like Q-dees, Kiddypedia, Inside Scoop and Ollie & Hana joining the mix, residents and visitors can look forward to a diverse array of options, from fresh groceries and dining experiences to convenient services, education and entertainment.

Twentyfive7 has 3,645 units of homes and an anticipated 15,000 residents by the end of 2024.

Its location offers convenient accessibility via five major expressways – South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), North-South Expressway Central Link (Elite), Shah Alam Expressway (Kesas), Kemuning-Shah Alam Highway (LKSA) and West Coast Expressway (WCE).

Its proximity to Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Klang and Puchong further enhances accessibility across the Klang Valley.
