WITH the completion of its development, TRX Residences is ready to set a new urban living benchmark in the centre of Kuala Lumpur.

Speaking at the celebration ceremony, Housing and Local Government Minister Nga Kor Ming said TRX Residences met the demands of modern urban dwellers.

“City’s residents are not only looking for a place to live but also a place that incorporates work, leisure and community living in cohesive spaces.

“TRX Residences is one of the city homes in Kuala Lumpur that blends residential, commercial and recreational facilities into one,” he said at TRX Residences.

He also noted the project’s green emphasis around the space and on low carbon footprint.

TRX Residences is located only 70m from the Tun Razak Exchange MRT station.

It is jointly developed by TRX City Sdn Bhd and Lendlease Malaysia.

TRX Residences project director Eric Chan said the residents could enjoy seamless integration with office spaces, retail, leisure and entertainment, as well as unrivalled connectivity, thanks to the multiple transportation options surrounding the high-rise home.

“TRX Residences is directly accessible via the SMART (Stormwater Management and Road) Tunnel and is linked to highways, including the Maju Expressway and the Setiawangsa-Pantai Expressway.

“It is also linked to the growing network of pedestrian walkways in Kuala Lumpur.

“Whether you are travelling by public transport, car or on foot, getting to TRX Residences is quick and easy,” said Chan.

“All these resonate with our buyers from 25 countries.

“We have sold all available units, representing 85% of the units and will be introducing new prime units soon,” he added.

Lendlease Malaysia chairman Dinesh Nambiar said TRX Residences, being Lendlease’s first residential component in Malaysia, is the top choice for those seeking city living.

“As part of The Exchange TRX integrated precinct, TRX Residences offers everything you need in one place without compromising on green spaces and nature.

“We are committed to more homes under the TRX Residences banner here, and will have more details soon,” Dinesh said.

TRX Residences boasts 90,000sq ft of facilities, which are mainly placed in the common areas on Level 8 and Level 29.

One such facility on Level 8 is a 1,660sq ft private living room that accommodates up to 30 people.

The 2.5-storey-high space contains a television, a dining area, a pantry and preparation area, and two bathrooms.

On Level 29, the conservatory lounge filled with orchids enables residents to relax while staying close to nature.

Residents can also customise the flowers in the lounge according to their preference.

Some other facilities include a children’s playground, two barbeque areas and two gyms.

In addition, TRX Residences is also equipped with a smart community app.

It contains a marketplace where residents may exchange goods and services.

Residents can also use the app to check facility occupancy and control the lights and air conditioners for booked facilities.

Through the app, residents can receive exclusive offers from the Exchange TRX retailers too.
