Sibu school new president, committee vow to support alma mater

ST Elizabeth’s Old Students’ Association (Seosa) is committed to helping its school achieve greater heights.

Its new president Eta Ting Ming Na said it would do whatever they could to also help the students in their education.

“SMK St Elizabeth is the only girls’ and also missionary school in Sibu, Sarawak.

“We pray that our school’s good name will be upheld and continue to strive to help all girls, especially in their education, and that we can work together to move forward for the betterment of the society,” said Eta.

At the Seosa 32nd annual general meeting, Eta was elected as the new president for the 2024-2026 term.

A lecturer of a private college, Eta will be assisted by vice-president Ting Leng Ping, secretary Teng Min Min, assistant secretary Ching Jun Sieng, treasurer Ngu Kiong Siew and assistant treasurer Grace Chee.

Its committee members are Josephine Wong Hie Hie, Angelyn Uchi Maseng, Susie Teh Guak Kim, Lau Hieng Poh and Sharifah Maziah Wan Hamid. ― By ANDY CHUA
